Laventeli-lady and lavender dreams

 Hello! March has gone by in a flash, I barely realized it was going and now it is going to end! I had a long week workinga at a camp, but now that I have been back at home, I feel much more rested and happy. I have been super busy with work and with personal matters, so taking a break and having some fun dressing up was really welcome and I am glad I did it.  So I wore Twinkle Journey! I have talked about this dress already, but it is the older version of Twinkle Journey, the puff sleeved op cut, but unfortunately the elastic in the sleeves has given up and so my sleeves don't puff up anymore. Still, it is a beautiful dress and I plan on taking this dress to a seamstress and asking if they can replace all the elastics, so that this dress can shine another ten years forward at least!  I really went for the simplest coord idea I had, my dress and headbow are both Twinkle Journey from Metamorphose (yes, I got the headbow secondhand also). My wardobe has been quite the same, I have not aquired very many dresses in 2021. Mostly because my money has been going towards actual living costs, but now I my situation is looking better and maybe this year I can get the dresses I have been pining for.  Hello all! It's been over half a year I know, I know. My work swept me in and I had so little time and energy to do anything besides work, that all my hobbies suffered a bit. But that does not mean I have quit lolita fashion, I am just slow wearer. It makes me so happy to wear lolita, that I don't think I'll give it up.  A lot has happened, I went to lolita convention last year in september? October?  Hello everyone! I said I was coming back later in may and here I am! It got very hot here in Finland for a bit and spring erupted all around. Sadly, so did my seasonal allergies, but at least it looks super nice outside.  I am at northern part of Finlad so I did not see any sakura flowers myself, but I saw some super beautiful photos from Helsinki, our capital, and decided to do a coord as if I was going to see the cherry blossoms.  I used Lady Sloth's Teatime at Grandmas and paired it with other blue accessories and white basics. Overall, I really enjoyed wearing this coord, its was so comfortable, except for the shoes.  I also tried to edit this a bit more, I really liked all the stickers I found in the app that I used. But the shoes I find are bit too tight for walking, my feet hurt after few minutes. So I definitely need bigger shoes, I tried to get a bigger size than normal but guess I need even more extra.  Hi all! It has been a while, my work has had insane hours lately, but I am back! I'll try to have another blog post up later in May, but we will have to see if my work decides to absolutely murder me or not.  I received a wonderful dress from SpookySparkleParty, their Batgirl circle dress in violet and it is so beautiful. I have not yet taken pictures of it, but my collection of spooky lavender/purple prints grow at a steady pace! Now to find the same shade of lavender blouse as all these are...  But I managed to make a coord! It features Lady Sloths Galaxy Witch in lavender-pink colorway.  Here I am! I have blue hair now! Everything I am wearing minus shoes and petticoat is from Lady Sloth.  I know that having long-sleeved blouse and ankle socks is not the most common choice, usually it is long blouse - long socks or short blouse - short socks, but somehow I think this works very well.  Hello all! This March kicked my butt with work and everything else going on. My work is still fulltime so I have to be on top of so many things. During March I had no opportunity to wear lolita at all. So this will be a short blogpost yes? No.  I had the pleasure to receive my order of Lady Sloth's Galaxy Witch and SweetMildred's Midnight Moon Jelly!  This is the JSK cut in Morning Star (Lavender – Pink). It is absolutely fantastic print, and I had so much difficulties in choosing colorways that I took a chance and ordered the sack OP cut in another color! This color is so different that I thought I would have difficulties coording it if it was jsk, so I thought that having it in OP would be good compromise! I really love this witchy aesthetic.  Hello all! The latter part of February really kicked my butt and so I didn't have time to put together a blog post. But now things are starting to calm down and so I have returned!  In February, I attended Hello!Con Galaxy -virtual lolita event. I participated in the tea party and watched few of the programs they ran. It was super great to have an excuse to dress up.  Metamorphose - Wizard dress with hood   I am not very happy with this coord. Even though every piece of it is nice on their own, I think I need to put them separately. I was trying to do full burgundy look, but my red shoes were far too bright. I think that this was one of those coords that sound good on paper but are not that nice when put on. Either way, this was good learning opportunity for me. I have high collar Lady Sloth blouse coming, and I am thinking of pairing it with this dress.
