Spring teaparty coord! (No actual teaparty was held)

 Hello everyone! I said I was coming back later in may and here I am! It got very hot here in Finland for a bit and spring erupted all around. Sadly, so did my seasonal allergies, but at least it looks super nice outside. 

I am at northern part of Finlad so I did not see any sakura flowers myself, but I saw some super beautiful photos from Helsinki, our capital, and decided to do a coord as if I was going to see the cherry blossoms. 

I used Lady Sloth's Teatime at Grandmas and paired it with other blue accessories and white basics. Overall, I really enjoyed wearing this coord, its was so comfortable, except for the shoes. 


I also tried to edit this a bit more, I really liked all the stickers I found in the app that I used. But the shoes I find are bit too tight for walking, my feet hurt after few minutes. So I definitely need bigger shoes, I tried to get a bigger size than normal but guess I need even more extra. These shoes are from Sosic shop at Taobao, and they were like 15 euros so I am not too sad about it. 


I am really sad that I did not pick up more Puvithels Crystal heart necklaces, but I absolutely love this one that I got, its silver with dark blue crystals. I feel it compliments this dress very well and kind of elevates this coord to a little more elegant? I am at that point in my lolita fashion journey that I can make coords that look nice, but I can't explain why they work. I need to definitely work on this a but more. 


I feel that I have good balance of white all the way down, or I guess in this case the white is more ivory. I have the ivory lace, blouse, waist tie, bottom hem of the dress and ankle socks. I think that shorter socks really work, it separated the whites in the bottom, if I had white tights the hem of the dress might disappear a bit. Navy wristcuffs and shoes are bit different, but I think overall they carry that deeper blue of the necklace all the way down. 

I really like this coord that I made and it just always suprises me that how comfy Lady Sloth dresses are! This dresses lining is the softest fabric I have ever touched! I am really Lady Sloth lolita, I am going to get so many more Lady Sloth pieces. I am really looking forward to the re-release of Verry Berry Picnic and the release of My Marine Macarons. I have Spooky Macarons order in the processing step and I can't wait!

Matsucon and Cloudberry Lady FASHION SHOW!

 Hello! I have been at it again and I have returned to this blog! Sooner than later this time.  I attended Matsucon at Oulu, Finland. Its the largest city somewhat near me, and somehow I had some free time from my work! Its somewhat miraculous that I had nothing on my plate at that time so I took it upon myself to apply to be a model!  Tuulia, the designer and owner of Cloudberry Lady, held THE biggest fashion show on her brands history! She told that her brand has 10 year birthday this year, so it was only proper to get BIG.  The Fashion show had a theme of Halloween meets Christmas! We had the tree, some presents, decorations, mad scientist, a triceratops, you know all those essential christmas things? Twinkle Journey and March happenings

 Hello! March has gone by in a flash, I barely realized it was going and now it is going to end! I had a long week workinga at a camp, but now that I have been back at home, I feel much more rested and happy. I have been super busy with work and with personal matters, so taking a break and having some fun dressing up was really welcome and I am glad I did it.  So I wore Twinkle Journey! I have talked about this dress already, but it is the older version of Twinkle Journey, the puff sleeved op cut, but unfortunately the elastic in the sleeves has given up and so my sleeves don't puff up anymore. Still, it is a beautiful dress and I plan on taking this dress to a seamstress and asking if they can replace all the elastics, so that this dress can shine another ten years forward at least!  I really went for the simplest coord idea I had, my dress and headbow are both Twinkle Journey from Metamorphose (yes, I got the headbow secondhand also).
