Laventeli-lady and lavender dreams

 Hello all! This March kicked my butt with work and everything else going on. My work is still fulltime so I have to be on top of so many things. During March I had no opportunity to wear lolita at all. So this will be a short blogpost yes? No.  I had the pleasure to receive my order of Lady Sloth's Galaxy Witch and SweetMildred's Midnight Moon Jelly!  This is the JSK cut in Morning Star (Lavender – Pink). It is absolutely fantastic print, and I had so much difficulties in choosing colorways that I took a chance and ordered the sack OP cut in another color! This color is so different that I thought I would have difficulties coording it if it was jsk, so I thought that having it in OP would be good compromise! I really love this witchy aesthetic. OPs colorway is called Milky Way Galaxy (Purple - Blue). I also ordered their witch hat and couple more matching things. I am so excited to coord these and wear these!  Hello all! The latter part of February really kicked my butt and so I didn't have time to put together a blog post. But now things are starting to calm down and so I have returned!  In February, I attended Hello!Con Galaxy -virtual lolita event. I participated in the tea party and watched few of the programs they ran. It was super great to have an excuse to dress up.  Metamorphose - Wizard dress with hood   I am not very happy with this coord. Even though every piece of it is nice on their own, I think I need to put them separately. I was trying to do full burgundy look, but my red shoes were far too bright. I think that this was one of those coords that sound good on paper but are not that nice when put on. Either way, this was good learning opportunity for me. I have high collar Lady Sloth blouse coming, and I am thinking of pairing it with this dress.  Hi everyone! I watched LovelyLor's latest video about dream dresses and I thought, what a good idea for a blog post!  So dream dress. What is it? To me, there are dream dresses and then there are dream prints that I would be happy to own but probably never will, because of sizing. I am not confident enough to alter my own dresses, so I would need to look into someone who could do that for me. And even though I love the print in guestion, I am not always sure if I am willing to go through the hassle.  So essentially there are two kinds of dream dresses for me: ones that I can wear right away, and ones that need to be altered.  So, I have been into lolita for little over a year, so do I own any of my dream dresses?  Hello! You might remember that in my wardrobe post I mentioned that I did not get Magical Artefact, because I did not have a job at the time. But recently Metamorphose did a restock of Magical Artefact and I just went for it! I got the Heliotrope colorway and plus plus size, because gotta love that stretch!  Here she is! Forgive me for the strange lighting situation, it was already dark when I took these photos, so I tried to turn my lights up but unfortunately they are quite yellow.  I really love this print and this color! I was quite torn on this and midnight blue, but in the end I thought, when am I gonna see this color again in lolita fashion? It is both good thing and bad thing.  This purple and gold look really regal and mysterious, and I cannot wait to get a witch hat, so I may do some witchy coords with this.  Hi! I got struck with inspiration and took photos of all my main pieces! The wardrobe post didn't need to wait too long at all... I started buying lolita in late 2019, I think November? So this is what I now have. I'll do blouses and accessories later, because the lighting situation is not the best currently. This will be very photo-heavy post, obviously, but I'll give my thoughts on each piece and I'll try to remember when I got them and most importantly, why.
