Magical Artefact and January coord!

 Hello! You might remember that in my wardrobe post I mentioned that I did not get Magical Artefact, because I did not have a job at the time. But recently Metamorphose did a restock of Magical Artefact and I just went for it! I got the Heliotrope colorway and plus plus size, because gotta love that stretch! 

Here she is! Forgive me for the strange lighting situation, it was already dark when I took these photos, so I tried to turn my lights up but unfortunately they are quite yellow. 

I really love this print and this color! I was quite torn on this and midnight blue, but in the end I thought, when am I gonna see this color again in lolita fashion? It is both good thing and bad thing. 

This purple and gold look really regal and mysterious, and I cannot wait to get a witch hat, so I may do some witchy coords with this. I remember from some facebook group that someone was wondering if repetitive print in brand dresses is defective or not, or something like that, and as you can see, in the bodice there are two moons like right next to each other. So I think that this is quite common, but it does not bother me, because when you wear this dress, the second moon is more to your side so its not noticeable. 

The print is full of details, there are books, crystals, clocks, cats(!), and candles, and these fancy egg things, I have heard about them, they are like super expencive and detailed easter eggs? But they look cool, so I am fine with them. My favourites are the cats, candles and books!

I really like that in this print, the artwork is really gorgeous and has a lot of depth, the shadows and little details like the text in the books and detailing on the eggs. 

The shirring is super comfortable, its stretches nicely and the skirt part is also bigger, so it does not have the problem of hips not fitting or looking odd. Everything is in proportion, which means that I definitely need bigger petticoat! I have two petticoats now, both from MeLikesTea, and the bigger one is pretty good with this, but I want to fill up the skirt part little bit more, so that the print can shine! 

Here is the front bow, and its really standard nice quality bow. It holds its shape and it has super cute star and moon charms in the tails! The same charms are in the waist ties, and the waist ties are super long, so bigger people can still tie the bow prettily. I am quite undecided on waist ties, I really don't know if I like them or not. Do you prefer to tie them or take them off? 

But here she is! One more dress to my collection, but don't worry, I have bought some socks and blouses for coording. One challenge that I placed to myself is that I try to wear lolita at least once a month, and wear primarly the dresses that I have not yet coorded. This January, like week ago I wore GlitterTales Mermaid Dessert Sailor OP. 

My beret and the bow on it are also from GlitterTale, I really like their prints and I had really good experience buying from them, so I can definitely recommend! 

My tights are from SnagTights and they are navy, even though they look black. My shoes are from CottonCandyFeet and they are Lace Princess in light pink. I also have some jewelry from MagicalGirlMes or Callistas etsy store. 

January has been quite a busy month for me in terms of work, but I still want to make time for my beautiful dresses. I am going to make post about my blouses, but I really wanted to show Magical Artefact! I wish you all safe January and wear what you want to wear! See you next time!
