Happy Valentine's Day everyone! This is the first post of the year, nice to see you here! It is the usual story of me working too much and being too busy to see my comm. But we are now here <3

Kuvaaja: Olivia @Matsucon

You may remember this dress from the fashion show at Matsucon last year, well I got it! I just had to have this dress, I mean, it was made to fit me and it is so beautiful! 

This dress was made by Cloudberry Lady, so thank you so much Tuulia! She is super talented and has such an eye for details! The fabric is slightly textured and it makes it so intresting to look at! I am not a professional dressmaker, I am not even an amateur dressmaker, but this dress feels super comfortable!As a plussize individual, comfort in my clothes is very important to me. I don't want to worry about buttons popping or my undergarments showing and I have zero worries in this dress. 

I was surprised to like the ribbons in front, I usually take the ribbons out, but these give a nice pop of pink that pulls it from the lace. THE LACE! It is rose lace, and it is so delicate and sweet. I regret selling my pink Lady Sloth blouse!


But I wore my lovely new and shiny dress to the meet! We were at Cuppedia, Oulu. It is a small cafe that has super amazing vegan bakery items and cakes! Of course, we also had tea <3 



I coorded my dress with white blouse, pink bolero and the headdress that matches the dress! It has pearls like the front of the dress, and it is just so lovely. Only problem I had with this coord was that my petticoat was too small for this dress! It fills it nicely, but there is just so much skirt! xD Positive problem to be sure and it kicks me to start getting third petticoat! Melikestea poof monster, here we go!

I had so much fun! We wrote some anonymous compliments to each other and I am always so amazed that people say the most sweet and kind things to me :") Everyone in my comm (@porosuomenlolitat) is so talented and beautiful, the most amazing people to talk to! It is the Poro-Suomi way! We have amassed quite a large comm, but hey, we are amazing xD

Matsucon and Cloudberry Lady FASHION SHOW!

 Hello! I have been at it again and I have returned to this blog! Sooner than later this time.  I attended Matsucon at Oulu, Finland. Its the largest city somewhat near me, and somehow I had some free time from my work! Its somewhat miraculous that I had nothing on my plate at that time so I took it upon myself to apply to be a model!  Tuulia, the designer and owner of Cloudberry Lady, held THE biggest fashion show on her brands history! She told that her brand has 10 year birthday this year, so it was only proper to get BIG.  The Fashion show had a theme of Halloween meets Christmas! We had the tree, some presents, decorations, mad scientist, a triceratops, you know all those essential christmas things? Twinkle Journey and March happenings

 Hello! March has gone by in a flash, I barely realized it was going and now it is going to end! I had a long week workinga at a camp, but now that I have been back at home, I feel much more rested and happy. I have been super busy with work and with personal matters, so taking a break and having some fun dressing up was really welcome and I am glad I did it.  So I wore Twinkle Journey! I have talked about this dress already, but it is the older version of Twinkle Journey, the puff sleeved op cut, but unfortunately the elastic in the sleeves has given up and so my sleeves don't puff up anymore. Still, it is a beautiful dress and I plan on taking this dress to a seamstress and asking if they can replace all the elastics, so that this dress can shine another ten years forward at least!  I really went for the simplest coord idea I had, my dress and headbow are both Twinkle Journey from Metamorphose (yes, I got the headbow secondhand also).
