Kummacon 2022 - Experience as a con staff and my autumn time

 Hello hello! I have been super busy not with work all the time, but with mental health stuff, so I have not had a lot to write about. I have been recovering from burn out and trying to take time for my hobbies and intrests. So! I participated in coordtober prompt challenge organized by Hellocon! The prompt I went with was Autumn Adventurer! I wore Metamorphoses My Dear Friends, Lady Sloths Giant Bow Blouse and red shoes from Sosic Shop. 



I had fun and as you can see, my background has changed, I moved in July and I have had so. many. bags. to. unpack.... But now I have storage room for all my dresses and other things. I still have few bags that I have not touched and it feels like this month of october has flown by. 


I have been doing more and more stuff with some amazing people at Studio Korppikela, they have been organizing larps and the yearly Kummacon at Oulu, which is THE big city near me. So I started by joining their larp-writing team and I slowly got into more and more stuff. I had a few responsibilities in this years Kummacon, I made escape room, I helped with our second hand shops organizing and in the overall running, preparing before the con and cleaning after the con. So I was running around in my most comfiest lolita coord ever, tshirt and sneakers! 


This was my day 2 outfit, the first day I had bit more traditional lolita coord, I had the idea of folding the bust part of the dress and making it look like a skirt! The dress is from spookysparkleparty and its the Batgirl Circle! I absolutely loved this dress when I saw it on their instagram, it is in my colors and it has super amazing print! I don't wear it nearly enough but I love it. 


This was from day 1, I wore a cardigan and and a blouse and you can see the lack of sleep on my face xD But I had a blast! Kummacon was really fun times, I met my comm members and some new faces and I got to make a good con for all of our visitors! I also got to buy some more jewelry from Niramuchu art, whose work my necklace is!

I am rambling but  that is what I tend to do in person and in this blog. Now I have to recover from being around so many new people, and I hope that everyone has a fantastic November!

Matsucon and Cloudberry Lady FASHION SHOW!

 Hello! I have been at it again and I have returned to this blog! Sooner than later this time.  I attended Matsucon at Oulu, Finland. Its the largest city somewhat near me, and somehow I had some free time from my work! Its somewhat miraculous that I had nothing on my plate at that time so I took it upon myself to apply to be a model!  Tuulia, the designer and owner of Cloudberry Lady, held THE biggest fashion show on her brands history! She told that her brand has 10 year birthday this year, so it was only proper to get BIG.  The Fashion show had a theme of Halloween meets Christmas! We had the tree, some presents, decorations, mad scientist, a triceratops, you know all those essential christmas things? Twinkle Journey and March happenings

 Hello! March has gone by in a flash, I barely realized it was going and now it is going to end! I had a long week workinga at a camp, but now that I have been back at home, I feel much more rested and happy. I have been super busy with work and with personal matters, so taking a break and having some fun dressing up was really welcome and I am glad I did it.  So I wore Twinkle Journey! I have talked about this dress already, but it is the older version of Twinkle Journey, the puff sleeved op cut, but unfortunately the elastic in the sleeves has given up and so my sleeves don't puff up anymore. Still, it is a beautiful dress and I plan on taking this dress to a seamstress and asking if they can replace all the elastics, so that this dress can shine another ten years forward at least!  I really went for the simplest coord idea I had, my dress and headbow are both Twinkle Journey from Metamorphose (yes, I got the headbow secondhand also).
